Operational Features
The ceramic ball mill offers both dry and wet grinding capabilities with fineness controlled by grinding time. Features auto-coupling decompression startup to reduce current surge. Available in integral or independent structural designs with belt or gear drive options.
Working Principle
The motor drives the cylinder rotation through reduction gear. Materials and grinding balls are lifted by liners through friction and centrifugal force, then cascade down for continuous impact grinding. Ground materials discharge continuously through the output system, enabling 24/7 operation.
