Structural Composition
Comprised of four main components: feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, and transmission system (including reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electronic control).
- Cast steel hollow shaft with replaceable inner lining
- Rotating large gear processed by casting hobbing
- Cylinder lined with wear-resistant materials like high-manganese steel
Working Principle
Material enters the first bin through the feeding device and hollow feed shaft spiral. The bin contains stepped or corrugated linings matched with various steel ball specifications.
- Centrifugal force lifts steel balls which then fall to impact and grind materials
- Coarsely ground material passes to second bin through partition plate
- Final grinding occurs in second bin with flat lining plates
- Finished powder discharges through grate plate
