Technical Description
The HBF16-17 high-temperature box furnace consists of three main components: furnace frame assembly, furnace chamber assembly, and temperature control system. The furnace chamber features vertically installed silicon-molybdenum rods arranged on both sides for optimal temperature uniformity.
