Verify the complete actuator model, 56PI code, I/O polarity, motor and encoder cables, brake wiring, PIO pattern, and saved parameters. IAI lists PCON-CB as the successor family, but parameter files, teaching tools, power and emergency-stop connections, and controller-side cables require conversion checks.
