IAI PCON-C-42PI-CC-0-0 is a single-axis position controller designed for use with a matching IAI RoboCylinder electric actuator. Maintenance and Replacement Notes
PCON-C is a legacy controller family. The complete controller model and connected actuator configuration must be checked before replacement. Confirm the actuator nameplate, 42P motor configuration, encoder type, CC-Link station settings, communication speed, PLC data mapping, firmware version, connector arrangement and stored parameter data. A newer PCON-CB family controller must not be treated as a direct replacement without checking the actuator, network configuration and machine wiring.
