The TOKYO KEIKI TOKIMEC DG4V-5-7C-M-PL-T-6-40 is a legacy three-position hydraulic directional valve featuring a spring-centered No. 7 spool, two AC solenoids and an ISO 4401-AC-05-4-A mounting interface.

Center and Switching Functions

In the spring-centered neutral position, the P, A and B ports are connected while the T port is blocked. This center function is different from closed-center, open-center, 6C and tandem-center configurations.

Energizing either solenoid shifts the spool to its corresponding working position. Removing both electrical commands allows the centering springs to return the spool to neutral.

Operating Notes

• Confirm the AC supply voltage and frequency before energizing the valve.
• Do not energize both solenoids simultaneously.
• The indicator lamps confirm electrical commands but not physical spool movement.
• Maximum flow must be checked against operating pressure and the active flow path.
• Protect the T port from surge pressure above the specified AC-solenoid limit.
