Controller and Wiring Requirements

Configure the current input for 0 bar at 4 mA and 500 bar at 20 mA. The temperature input must be configured for Type J and must provide suitable cold-junction compensation. Maintain thermocouple polarity and use wiring practices appropriate for low-level temperature signals. Do not connect thermocouple conductors to the powered pressure loop. Check the manufacturer wiring diagram and mating connector before energizing either channel.

Maintenance and Replacement

Remove the transmitter only after pressure and temperature have reached safe service conditions.
