Product Description
The FBI10E Fieldbus Isolator enables the Control Processor 60 (CP60) to communicate seamlessly with Y-Module form factor Fieldbus Modules (FBM01, FBM02, etc.). It performs signal conversion between the 10 Mbps Ethernet Fieldbus signals used by the CP60 and the HDLC signals required by the Y-Module form factor FBMs.
The FBI10E supports communication with up to 24 FBMs while providing galvanic isolation between the Ethernet Fieldbus and the connected FBMs, ensuring reliable and electrically isolated network operation.
