When a robotic arm sensor wasn’t available locally, we sourced it internationally and delivered it in about two days, helping avoid a production delay. During a factory upgrade, we supplied PLC and DCS modules and also supported the team with basic layout suggestions, which helped make commissioning smoother and reduced setup mistakes. When a servo drive failed mid-assembly, our overnight logistics and support got production back online within hours. And when a critical PLC went down during operation, we had a replacement on-site the next morning—keeping the line running without interruption.

- Stainless-steel armor around the coax — tough against abrasion, pinching, and rough plant conditions.
- Non-contact eddy-current sensing — no contact with the shaft, so no probe wear; long life, less fuss.
- High-temp parts: PPS probe tip and FEP-insulated cable run reliably up to about 177°C (350°F).
- ClickLoc™ locking connector with gold-plated contacts — moisture-resistant, won’t back off under vibration, consistent connections.
- Plug-and-play interchangeable with any 3300 XL 8 mm Proximitor sensor or extension cable — swap without recalibration.
- API 670 compliant — meets industry limits for performance, linearity, stability.
- Wide linear range (~2.0 mm / 80 mils) and standard scale factor (200 mV/mil) — good accuracy for diagnostic work.
- Resistant to turbine oils, lubricants and common chemical contaminants.
To put it in simple field terms, the “104” inside 330104-00-11-10-01-00 is basically a build variant code. It doesn’t mean better performance or different sensing behavior. It just tells you the cable construction is different compared with 330101.
The real practical difference is pretty straightforward.
330101 is the standard setup — regular cable, flexible, fine for clean routing or protected installation areas.
330104-00-11-10-01-00 goes one step heavier. It adds a stainless steel armored layer on the cable. In the field people usually just call it the “rugged one”. Not fancy, just tougher. It handles oil exposure, vibration, and mechanical rubbing much better, especially when the cable is routed through tight machine spaces or exposed areas.
Temperature rating is also solid. 330104-00-11-10-01-00 is generally rated up to around 177°C (350°F). With PPS at the probe tip and FEP insulation on the cable, it’s built for harsher environments. Turbines, compressors, hot mechanical zones — it’s commonly seen there, and it usually stays stable as long as installation is done properly.
