This version uses a 75Ω coaxial cable design for stable eddy current signal transmission. The “01” option means FEP jacket insulation with a stainless steel armor cable, so it is generally a better fit for rough industrial conditions. A ClickLoc coaxial connector is also included to keep signal connection stable when vibration levels are high.
As for the “05” code, that mainly relates to international approvals for hazardous area instrumentation.
Together, they make the standard 7-meter system length required by the 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor. If probe length changes, calibration can drift. For axial position monitoring or radial vibration measurement, the signal may start looking off even when the sensor itself seems fine.
Thanks to the FEP jacket insulation and armored construction, operating temperature is roughly -51°C to +177°C. In a machinery protection system, installers usually insulate connectors when routing through conduit or junction boxes to avoid grounding issues.
