Product Overview
The ACPL-P340/W340 is an optically isolated power output stage designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. It features a high operating voltage range, providing necessary drive voltages for gate-controlled devices. With a high peak output current and rail-to-rail output voltage, it is suitable for directly driving IGBTs up to 1200V/50A or for driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. The device offers high CMR, Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection, and a wide operating temperature range, making it ideal for industrial inverters, renewable energy inverters, AC and Brushless DC motor drives, and switching power supplies.
