The HCPL-22XX, HCPL-02XX, and HCNW22XX series are high-performance optically-coupled logic gate optocouplers designed for isolating high-speed logic systems. These devices feature totem pole output stages and optical receiver input stages with built-in Schmitt triggers, ensuring logic-compatible waveforms without the need for additional wave-shaping. With superior common mode transient immunity (up to 10 kV/s), wide operating voltage ranges, and guaranteed performance across temperature, they are ideal for applications such as computer-peripheral interfaces, microprocessor system interfaces, ground loop elimination, and pulse transformer replacement.
