The ACPL-332J is an advanced, intelligent 2.5 A output current IGBT gate driver optocoupler designed for compact, affordable, and easy implementation of IGBT VCE fault protection. It integrates key features such as VCE desaturation detection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) with hysteresis, active Miller clamping, and isolated fault status feedback. This optocoupler is ideal for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications, directly handling IGBTs up to 1200 V and 150 A, or driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. Its robust design ensures high design flexibility and circuit protection.
