Product Overview
The Broadcom HCPL-22XX, HCPL-02XX, and HCNW22XX series are optically coupled logic gate optocouplers designed for high-speed logic system isolation. These devices feature totem pole output stages and integrated Schmitt triggers for logic-compatible waveforms without additional waveshaping. With superior common mode transient immunity (up to 10 kV/s), wide operating voltage ranges, and guaranteed performance across a broad temperature spectrum, they are suitable for applications such as microprocessor system interfaces, ground loop elimination, and high-speed line receivers. The series offers low input current and is available in various package types.
