The Broadcom ACPL-H342 and ACPL-K342 are optically isolated power output stage optocouplers designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. These devices feature an integrated AlGaAs LED and a power output stage, providing high operating voltage and peak output current suitable for driving IGBTs up to 1200V/150A.
