The HCNR200/201 is a high-linearity analog optocoupler designed for reliable analog signal isolation. It features a high-performance AlGaAs LED illuminating two closely matched photodiodes, enabling precise monitoring and stabilization of LED output. This design virtually eliminates nonlinearity and drift, providing a stable and linear photodiode current. The HCNR200/201 offers excellent stability, linearity, and bandwidth, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including telecommunications, industrial process control, and SMPS feedback loops.
