Product Overview
The CNY17 is a light-emitting diode (LED) optocoupler that integrates an LED with a phototransistor, providing high input-output isolation (5000 Vrms). It offers a high collector-emitter voltage (VCEO = 70 V) and a fast response time (typically 5 s). Available in a 6-pin DIP package with options for wide-lead spacing and surface mounting, this optocoupler is suitable for signal transmission between circuits with different potentials and impedances, as well as feedback circuits in power supplies and system appliances. It is UL, CSA, and IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2 approved.
