The KP1020 series are 8-pin phototransistor photocouplers featuring an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. They are available in standard DIP, wide-lead spacing, and SMD options. These photocouplers are designed for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances, offering high isolation voltage and good current transfer ratio.
