Cosmo KMOC306X Series 5-PIN ZERO-CROSS TRIAC DRIVER PHOTOCOUPLER
The KMOC3061, KMOC3062, and KMOC3063 series are GaAs infrared emitting diode photocouplers with a monolithic silicon detector, designed for zero voltage crossing bilateral TRIAC driving. They are ideal for interfacing logic systems with 115/240 VAC powered equipment such as solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, solenoids, and consumer appliances. Key features include 600V peak blocking voltage, simplified logic control of AC power, zero voltage crossing, and high isolation voltage (Viso: 5300Vrms). These devices are Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
