These devices combine a Zero Cross Photo Triac with a gallium arsenide Infrared-emitting diode in a 6-lead DIP package, offering various lead forming options. They are suitable for motor controls, lamp ballasts, static AC power switches, and solenoid/valve control, providing reliable AC power switching with zero-crossing detection.
