The CT3031, CT3032, CT3033, CT3041, CT3042, and CT3043 are 6-Pin Phototriac Optocouplers featuring Zero Cross switching. They offer high isolation of 5000 VRMS and are available with peak breakdown voltages of 250V (CT303x series) or 400V (CT304x series). These optocouplers are designed for a wide temperature range of -55C to 100C and find applications in motor controls, lamp ballasts, static AC power switches, and solenoid/valve control.
