The HT-302X_305X series of devices are GaAs infrared emitting diodes optically coupled to monolithic silicon non-zero voltage crossing photo triacs. Designed for interface logic systems with discrete power triacs, they are ideal for applications such as solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, solenoids, and consumer appliances. Key advantages include high input-output isolation voltage and high repetitive peak off-state voltage.
