The HT-304X_306X_308X series of devices are photocouplers designed for interfacing logic systems with AC power control. Each unit comprises a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon zero voltage crossing photo triac. They are ideal for applications such as solid-state relays, industrial controls, motor control, solenoid actuation, and consumer appliances, offering high input-output isolation voltage and robust off-state voltage handling.
