The CMT802XNXL is a high-performance, dual-channel digital isolator utilizing SiO2 insulation to achieve up to 3.75 kVRMS isolation voltage. It facilitates communication between two separate power domains, preventing noise currents on data buses or other circuits from entering local grounds or interfering with sensitive circuitry. The CMT802XNXL series offers enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) with system-level ESD, EFT, and surge immunity, along with low radiation. Available in a narrow SOIC-8 package, it is designed for robust and reliable operation.
