Product Overview

The 6N135, 6N136, ICPL4502, and ICPL4503 are high-speed optocouplers designed for efficient signal isolation. Each device comprises an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-speed photodetector transistor. By incorporating a separate connection for photodiode bias and the output transistor collector, these optocouplers achieve significantly increased speeds compared to conventional phototransistor couplers, achieved by reducing the base-collector capacitance of the input transistor. They are suitable for applications requiring high-speed data transfer and isolation, such as line receivers, telecommunication equipment, and switch mode power supplies.
