The ICPLM611 is an optocoupler featuring a high-efficiency AlGaAs light-emitting diode and a high-speed optical detector. This design ensures maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while maintaining LVTTL/LVCMOS compatibility. The device offers an open collector Schottky clamped transistor output and a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of 10 KV/us at 3.3V/5V operation. It is housed in a half-pitch mini-flat 5-pin package and is suitable for applications requiring high-speed data communication, logic ground isolation, and replacement of pulse transformers.
