The KL308X-P5 is a ZERO-CROSS TRIAC DRIVER PHOTOCOUPLER designed for interfacing logic systems with 110-380 VAC lines. It features a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon zero voltage crossing photo triac, making it suitable for applications like solid-state relays, industrial controls, motor control, solenoids, and consumer appliances. Key advantages include a peak breakdown voltage of 800V, high isolation voltage (Viso=5000 V rms), and zero voltage crossing capability. It is also Pb-free and RoHS compliant, with REACH compliance and safety approvals from CQC, UL, and VDE.
