HCPL-2601 High Speed Optocoupler

The HCPL-2601 is a high-speed optocoupler featuring a GaAsP infrared LED and a high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. It offers excellent common-mode rejection and is compatible with LSTTL/TTL logic levels. Its low input current and wide operating temperature range make it suitable for various isolation and interface applications.
