The KTP3H7 series are optocouplers featuring an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. Packaged in a compact 4-pin SSOP with a 2.0 mm profile, they offer high isolation voltage (Viso=3750 V rms) and are compliant with Halogen Free standards. These devices are suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
