The KTP3H7 series are optocouplers packaged in a compact 4-pin SSOP with a 2.0 mm profile. They consist of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor detector, offering high isolation voltage (Viso=3750 V rms) and various current transfer ratios (CTR) depending on the model. These devices are halogen-free and suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
