The KTP-10XX-G series photocouplers feature an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. These devices are designed for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances, offering high isolation voltage and a compact 4-pin SOP package with a 2.0 mm profile. They are halogen-free and compliant with EU REACH regulations.
