Product Overview
The LTV-155E optocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and power supply systems. It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, capable of delivering 1.0A peak output current to directly drive IGBTs up to 1200V/50A. For higher-rated IGBTs, it can drive a discrete power stage. The optocoupler operates reliably within a temperature range of -40C to +105C, offering rail-to-rail output voltage and high Common Mode Rejection (CMR).
