LTV-3120 Series Photocoupler
The LTV-3120 series photocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and power supply systems. It features a high peak output current of 3.0A, capable of directly driving IGBTs up to 1200V/100A, or driving higher-rated IGBTs via a discrete power stage. This device offers rail-to-rail output voltage, under-voltage lock-out protection, and high common mode rejection, ensuring reliable operation across a wide temperature range of -40C to +110C.
