Product Overview
The LTV-3150 series is an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications and power supply inverters. It offers a 1.0A peak output current, capable of directly driving IGBTs up to 1200V/50A, or driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. The optocoupler guarantees operational parameters over a temperature range of -40C to +105C.
