Product Overview

The LTV-155E-L-S series is a 1.5 Amp Output Current IGBT Gate Drive Optocoupler featuring Rail-to-Rail Output Voltage and High CMR. It is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications and inverters in power supply systems. The optocoupler contains an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, capable of directly driving IGBTs up to 1200 V/50 A. For higher rated IGBTs, it can drive a discrete power stage. Performance is guaranteed over a temperature range of -40C to +105C.
