The LITE-ON MOC305X series are 6-pin DIP photocouplers with triac driver output, designed for high-voltage AC applications. They offer excellent isolation (5,000Vrms) and high repetitive peak off-state voltage (min. 600V) with a high critical rate of rise of off-state voltage (min. 1000V/s). Available in various package types including dual-in-line, wide lead spacing, surface mounting, and tape and reel options, these photocouplers are RoHS compliant and suitable for a wide range of industrial control applications.
