LITE-ON MOC302X Series Photocoupler
The LITE-ON MOC302X series photocouplers are 6-pin DIP devices designed for triac driver output applications. They offer high isolation voltage (5,000Vrms) and a high repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of up to 400V. These photocouplers are suitable for a wide range of AC power control applications, including motor drives, lighting controls, and solid-state relays.
