The MP3182 Series is a high-speed MOSFET Gate Drive Optocoupler designed for efficient power control applications. Featuring a 3.0A output current and high noise immunity (50kV/s typical common mode rejection), this device operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40C to 110C. It offers a broad operating VDD range from 10V to 30V, fast switching speeds up to 250kHz, and lower dynamic power dissipation.
