The MPC3120R series is a high-isolation DIP8 gate driver photocoupler from Miracle Technology Co., Ltd. Designed for DC input with a high-speed driver, it offers a robust operating temperature range of -40C to 100C and rail-to-rail output. This series is REACH & RoHS compliant and optionally halogen-free, featuring MSL class 1. Key applications include IGBT/MOSFET gate drive, uninterruptible power supplies, industrial inverters, AC/Brushless DC motor drives, and switching power supplies. The device integrates an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode with an IC and a power output stage in a plastic DIP8 package.
