Product Overview

The NSIP884x devices are quad-channel digital isolators featuring an integrated isolated DC-DC converter capable of delivering up to 500mW of output power via an on-chip transformer. This high-integration solution simplifies system design and enhances reliability. The devices support safety certification up to 5kVrms (UL1577), offering robust electromagnetic immunity and low emissions. With data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150kV/us, the NSIP884x series provides flexible voltage conversion modes (5V to 5V, 5V to 3.3V, 3.3V to 3.3V) configurable via a SEL pin. The VDDL pin allows for setting the logical level of the digital isolators, accommodating applications with differing supply and I/O voltage levels.
