The NSi826x devices are high-reliability six-channel digital isolators offering excellent electromagnetic immunity and low power consumption. They support various insulation withstand voltages (3kV, 5kV) and provide high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 200kV/s. The devices feature configurable digital channel directions and default output levels upon power loss, simplifying level shifting and enhancing system reliability and stability.
