The NSi824x devices are high reliability quad-channel digital isolators offering up to 5000Vrms insulation voltage. They provide high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption, with data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us. These isolators feature digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon power loss, simplifying level shifting with a wide supply voltage range.
