The NSI66x1A is a single-channel reinforced isolated smart gate driver designed for driving IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs in various applications. It offers a peak current of 10A for both sourcing and sinking, with a minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150kV/s for enhanced system robustness. Key protection features include miller clamp, DESAT, UVLO, and soft turn-off. Fault conditions like UVLO and short circuits are reported via dedicated pins. The ASC feature enables forced output in emergency situations, aiding system fault management. The NSI66x1A is ideal for high reliability, power density, and efficiency switching power systems.
