High Speed Photo Coupler QX0500
The QX0500 optocoupler integrates an 850nm AlGaAS LED with a high-speed integrated photodetector logic gate for fast output. It offers a high bit rate of 1Mbit/s, high input-output isolation voltage (3750 Vrms), and operates within a wide temperature range of -40C to +125C. Designed with a logic gate output, it meets reinforced insulation standards and various safety certifications including UL 1577, VDE DIN EN60747-5-5, and CQC11-471543-2022. Applications include ground loop elimination, LSTTL to TTL/5V CMOS conversion, line receivers, data transmission, switching power supplies, and computer peripheral interfaces.
