The QXx213 series of devices are optically coupled devices consisting of a GaAs infrared emitting diode, a monolithic silicon zero cross photo triac, and a main output triac. They are designed to interface between electronic controls and loads, suitable for controlling inductive loads operating between 115 to 240 VAC.
