The ORPC-814-(GK) series photodetector features two infrared emitting diodes in inverse parallel, optically coupled to a photo transistor. Packaged in a 4-pin DIP, it offers AC input response, high input-output isolation voltage (5,000Vrms), and a wide operating temperature range (-55 to 110C).
