Product Overview
The ORPC-815 series features infrared emitting diodes optically coupled to a photo Darlington detector. Packaged in a 4-pin DIP, it is available in wide-lead spacing and SMD options. This photocoupler offers high current transfer ratio, high input-output isolation voltage, and fast response time, making it suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances, telephone sets and exchangers, system appliances, measuring instruments, and sequence controllers.
