The ORPC-815 series photo coupler features an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo Darlington detector. It is available in a 4-pin DIP package with options for wide-lead spacing and SMD. This device offers high current transfer ratio, high input-output isolation voltage, and fast response times, making it suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances, as well as in telephone sets, system appliances, and sequence controllers.
