The PS9121 is a high-speed, active low type isolator featuring an AlGaAs LED and a photodiode with signal processing on a single chip. It is designed for high common mode transient immunity (CMR) and low pulse width distortion, making it suitable for high-density applications. This 3.3V photocoupler offers 15 Mbps speed and an open collector output.
