The Si823x isolated driver family integrates two independent, isolated drivers into a single package, offering high-side/low-side (Si8230/1/3/4) and dual driver (Si8232/5/7/8) configurations. These drivers are available with peak output currents of 0.5 A (Si8230/1/2/7) and 4.0 A (Si8233/4/5/8), operating with a maximum supply voltage of 24 V. Utilizing proprietary silicon isolation technology, they provide up to 5 kVRMS withstand voltage and fast 45 ns propagation times. The Si823x family is ideal for isolated MOSFET/IGBT gate drive applications, offering high integration, low propagation delay, small installed size, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. Automotive Grade options are available, built with automotive-specific manufacturing flows for enhanced robustness and low defectivity.
